Our policy lasts 7 days, and it's EXCHANGE ONLY! If 7 days have gone by since you have received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also accept in-store exchange, and to complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
